Shot List

I felt the best way for me to plan out my shot list would be to work out the timing for each shot as well as the type of shot (angle etc) and its content. This way I would know exactly what shot would correspond with each part of the song and it would be easy to alter each shot because of this.

I started off by writing up a rough table with some shot ideas that I had in mind.

I then copied this into a neat version as well as updating and expanding on some things such as content and shot description.

  1. A detailed shot list but not sure about the use of drunken characters as this is very very difficult for even professionals to pull off. Students can experiment but often the footage is silly and has to be scrapped.

Also lip synch is very difficult and can be a headache during the edit, I'd keep this to a minimum.

Your plans are ambitious, will look forward to seeing your raw footage.
